HOW TO ENTER
—you must be watching me (new watchers welcome!

Basics:
- The commissioner must provide a brief description of what they are looking for along with visual references
-i. If it is a YCH (Your Character Here) the description of poses is nulled.
- Text only descriptions are welcome for people that have no visual representation yet of their character.
- Long and cluttered descriptions are not accepted, keep it simple and understandable please
- I will not imitate other’s art styles
- I reserve the right not to display the commission in my online galleries 
--i. Very rare, but if it's a Fetish I am not fond of I will not post it.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason
-Buyer may upload any art piece they receive from their Commission to their own Page with Proper Credits.
-These commissions are for PERSONAL USE only! If you would like to use the commissioned art for commercial purposes please ask me and we will discuss further privately.

Deadlines:

I am currently employed but am pretty open outside of my schedule. I will keep commissioners updated through Journals or Messages when needed.
Waiting time is currently 1 week MAX
Let me know if you need it done by a special date, I only accept deadlines before work has begun.

Edits:

The commissioner may ask up to 2 small edits for no charge
May charge extra for major edits (if not by my fault).
If I have totally forgotten what you asked for and have proof that it should have looked different, I will also do changes that fit to what you orignally asked for.
I’ll send work in progress shots to be approved by the Commissioner, usually I send the sketch, but by request I can send one by each stage
Redrawing will count as a new, separate commission

Payment:

I accept payments by PayPal only.
For Pieces under 30$ I require full payment upfront.
--i. Payment plans are optional for pieces over 30$
---ii. Final commission piece will not be sent over in Full Resolution until the Full Payment is made
I require payment after a Sketch is shown.
For returning customers I accept payment when the Lines are done.
I’ll send an invoice to your e-mail address, no progress will be made until I receive the payment.

Refunds:

Refund may be requested at any time
--i. If the payment is a week or older, refund may be delayed as most the money is used for bills and personal necessities. 
I reserve the right to refund a commission any time over the Commissioner’s rude behavior, or poor/lack of communication
The refunded amount will be determined by the work that has been already completed
I won’t offer refunds if the work has been completed or nearly completed
No refunds for sketches

What I won’t draw:

Other artists style
Complex things without visual references
Machines, mechas
Offending things (politics, religion, hate related)
Scat/Piss
Death/Murder
Age Play

What I provide:

A Hi-res version for print purposes, without watermark, in PNG format
A Hi-res version with watermark, in PNG format
On request I can provide the SAI/PSD file as well

It may same like my art has died down here, and in a way it has, but I mostly upload to FA since that is where I get my commissions from usually..

Other than that, I might try opening up commissions here as well.
I'm not really looking for Points at all, which is a down side to advertising here, is that I probably will have those people asking if I take points even if I state it upfront.
I just get peeved real fast and I don't wanna be a dick to no body. 8(
